Here is how we handle the information you share with us.

What we collect: Only what you tell us, and only what we need in order to help.
Who sees it: People at the Initiative who need it to process your request. Our board does not have routine access to individual files.
Who we do not share it with: Anyone outside the Initiative, without your written permission, except where the law requires. We do not sell or share data with anyone. We do not put your information into any shared, searchable, or public database. Our founders' real estate businesses never receive it.
How we contact you: Only the way you told us is safe, at the times you told us are safe.
Tracking: We do not use advertising trackers on this site and we do not retarget visitors with ads.
The limits: Some of our people are required by California law to report certain concerns about the safety of children, elders, and dependent adults. We will tell you this before you share information with us.
How long we keep it: We keep your information for seven years, then it is securely destroyed.
